VIYAR at London Build Expo 2024: expanding into the UK market

Sometimes a single exhibition becomes more than just another event on the calendar – it marks the beginning of a new direction for growth. That was exactly the case for VIYAR’s participation in London Build Expo 2023, held in London on November 15–16.

Representatives of the VIYAR network participated in the exhibition as part of the National Ukrainian Pavilion organized by the Ukrainian Association of Furniture Manufacturers. Together with other Ukrainian producers, we showcased our capabilities to a professional UK audience, including architects, designers, developers, construction companies, and industry professionals.

For VIYAR, this was both our first participation in an exhibition of this scale in the United Kingdom and our first direct introduction to the local professional community. We came not only to present our brand, but also to listen to the market – to better understand its needs and identify opportunities for future cooperation.

The exhibition exceeded our expectations. Strong interest in VIYAR’s products and manufacturing capabilities, numerous professional connections, and positive feedback from visitors confirmed that Ukrainian manufacturers have every opportunity to succeed in the British market. Most importantly, we discovered that clients are looking for more than just a supplier – they are seeking a reliable partner capable of delivering comprehensive projects and maintaining a high standard of service.

Our first step into the UK market proved both confident and promising. The experience gained, new connections established, and positive response from industry professionals laid the foundation for ambitious future plans. We became convinced that the United Kingdom offers significant potential for developing partnerships, and this experience marked an important step in the ongoing growth of the VIYAR network in the UK market.
