What is VIYAR

VIYAR is the brand under which the companies identified on this website, being authorised to use the VIYAR trademark, conduct their business activities. Collectively, these companies constitute the VIYAR network. The term ‘VIYAR’ is frequently used to refer to individual member firms within the VIYAR network, or to several or all such firms collectively. 

The member firms of the VIYAR network are independent entities that conduct their business activities in accordance with the laws of their respective countries of incorporation. The VIYAR network does not constitute a global partnership, a single firm, a joint venture, or a multinational corporation, nor is it a constituent part thereof. Furthermore, member firms of the VIYAR network do not stand in a relationship of principal and agent, nor are they in partnership with one another. 

Member firms collaborate for the purpose of providing customers worldwide with high-quality furniture products and related services. The network is established to ensure consistent quality of goods and services, as well as adherence to shared values across all locations where the companies identified on this website operate. VIYAR network firms may seek assistance from, or recommend, other member firms where consistent with a customer's requirements, and/or may fulfil orders, in whole or in part, through one another. They may also engage third-party business entities to the extent necessary to fulfil customer orders, subject to the terms of cooperation agreed with the customer. In doing so, VIYAR network firms agree to comply with the common policies and statements published on this website.

No member firm within the VIYAR network has the authority to bind or obligate any other member firm in respect of third parties. Each VIYAR network firm is liable only for its own acts and omissions, and not for the acts or omissions of any other firm.
