Welcome VIYAR event in Warsaw 2025: a week of inspiration, networking, and new opportunities

From October 21 to 25, 2025, the Welcome VIYAR event took place in Warsaw – an annual international event that has been bringing together clients, partners, and furniture industry professionals from across Europe for the third consecutive year.

One of the key objectives of the Welcome VIYAR event is to create a platform for direct dialogue between clients and the brand’s team. Participants have the opportunity to meet personally with VIYAR’s export specialists, discuss ongoing projects, and exchange professional experience.

The program was tailored to the interests of different professional audiences. Designers and architects took part in a series of creative and hands-on activities, including mood board workshops using contemporary materials, stone and furniture front crash tests, showroom and factory tours, and a dried-flower arrangement workshop. Representatives of the furniture and construction industries participated in practical demonstrations and tested their skills in a Hettich illuminated drawer assembly challenge.

As part of the program, guests also visited the VIYAR stand at Warsaw Home, where they explored the latest trends in furniture, interior design, and contemporary living spaces. The exhibition provided fresh inspiration, valuable industry insights, and opportunities to expand professional networks.

To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, the organizers arranged transportation, accommodation, and a gala dinner for all participants, creating an atmosphere that encouraged meaningful conversations and new connections.
