Accordingly, and subject to the above, we accept no liability to you or any other person for (i) any loss of profit, sales, business, or revenue, (ii) business interruption, (iii) loss of anticipated savings, (iv) loss of business opportunity, goodwill, or reputation, or (v) any indirect or consequential loss or damage that may arise as a result of using this site.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete, or up to date. However, this does not affect your rights under our Terms of Sale or your statutory consumer rights.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Ukrainian law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
